Terms of purchase

  • 1. Prices
In the event of major price increases that occur beyond our control, as a result of, for example, raw material or currency changes, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
We also reserve the right to adjust prices and statutory fees during the year. The VAT on most of the goods is currently 25%.
We reserve the right for possible printing and typing errors. Any false orders or other fraudulent attempts are reported to the police.

  • 2. Statutory right of complaint
As a consumer, you also have the statutory right of complaint for 3 years regarding original manufacturing defects. However, the guarantee we give as a retailer is greater security for you as a customer. In the event that you wish to advertise your product, please contact us as soon as possible, but preferably within two months from the time you discover the fault in the product. In the event of a complaint, the fault can be remedied in various ways such as repair, price reduction, redelivery or cancellation of purchase. We always maintain a dialogue with you as a customer during the course of the case so that you feel safe with the purchase you made with us

  • 3: Delivery conditions


3.1: Standard Delivery

Delivery takes place to the carrier's agent, or directly to the specified home or business address, depending on the chosen delivery method and the goods that the order contains. When ordering goods from KDV Corporation, available delivery methods are presented at checkout. Available delivery methods and the shipping cost linked to these delivery methods are calculated based on the below stated conditions for delivery to an agent, respectively home or business address . Shipping costs abroad can in some cases be provided via quotation

Orders from KTI Enterprise are normally shipped within 2-5 working days depending on where in the country you live, deviations may occur for delivery to sparsely populated areas with up to 7 working days from the time of order

3.2: Wrong delivery / Transport damage

Should we deliver the wrong quantity or the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. Send in the receipt/warranty slip with details of the error and attach any incorrectly delivered products in their original packaging. If, upon receipt, you discover that the shipment is damaged in transit, you must immediately report the damage to your delivery point or the carrier who delivered the goods to you


It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the billing and delivery addresses are correct. Incorrectly entered addresses may lead to delays in delivery, as well as additional fees that may be charged to the customer.

3.2: Untriggered Submissions

For unclaimed or unreceived packages/goods, you will be charged for our overhead costs, currently SEK 200 incl. VAT unless otherwise agreed with our customer service

3.3: Return

In case of return, our customer service should first be contacted via infoktienterprise@gmail.com.

When contacting customer service, the information presented below must be provided:

However, you have no obligation to inform us of the reason for the return.


You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standardized cancellation form

When your return notification has been received, we will send a return slip. As soon as we have received and approved the return, you will be refunded, or alternatively credited the amount corresponding to the returned goods. Please note that we will only refund the value of the items you send back and that you will not be refunded/credited the shipping fee.

In the event of the return of an item that has been used or handled to a greater extent than was necessary to be able to determine its characteristics and function, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or to make a deduction for the decrease in value of the item, as in some case may correspond to the product's price at the time you purchased the product.

You as the customer are responsible for the cost of the return shipping as long as the matter does not apply to a complaint.

  • 4: Refunds

If you have ordered and paid for your order via Paypal, Klarna, Qliro, VISA, Mastercard,...then the refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase

In the event that we perform a refund in a different way than the original payment method, we will contact you as a consumer. In the event that you wish to be reimbursed in a way other than the original payment, you are welcome to contact customer service.

The refund in the case of an approved return must, as a general rule, take place without undue delay and within 14 days from the time we received notification that you want to return the item. If we have not received the returned item or notification that it has been sent within 14 days, payment will not be processed until we have received the item or proof that it has been sent to us.

  • 5: Warranty

In order for you as a customer to feel safe with your purchase, KTI Enterprise provides a guarantee for all products. When you buy a product that is covered by the warranty, you will receive information about the warranty conditions at the time of purchase or at the latest when you receive your product. The warranty conditions show, among other things, how long the warranty period is and which other conditions apply to the warranty. Within the warranty period, direct costs for correcting defects in the product, such as repairs, spare parts, labor and travel, are reimbursed, provided that the product is available for repair without special costs. The warranty does not cover defects due to a cause on the part of the Customer such as an accident or incorrect handling of the goods.

To claim the warranty, you must present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or copy of the receipt.
